Activities (in reverse order):

• 06/21 - Various bug fixes. Version 1.0 may soon be ready.

• 06/18 - Polished GUI quite a bit. Added images, etc.

• 06/14 - Created Detail pages for patients, updated table structures. Will keep data on pbwiki as zip.

• 06/07 - Created basic web pages for editing/inserting in all tables. Followed Access spreadsheet GUI.

• 06/06/06 - Created Patients, Servicerecords, Services, and Insurance tables. See data dictionary Page for details.

• 06/06/06 - started making my database and tables. I noticed that "Collation" was set to "latin1_swedish_ci". I freaked a little and tried to change it, but after checking around the web I noticed that it didn't matter. So don't worry about it!

• 06/06/06 - Installed WAMP on Windows, under "d:/WAMP/", webserver under "D:/wamp/www". Started all services. Navigate to http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ to begin using phpMyAdmin, or http://localhost/index.php
